The Requirement
K-Club required a complete transformation of their traditional luxury concierge services into a modern, fully integrated app designed for high-net-worth individuals. The aim was to replace WhatsApp and phone-based processes with a seamless app experience, providing features such as service prompts, chat functionality, Amadeus booking integration, and a robust CRM system to optimise client data management and streamline operations. Additionally, the solution needed to maintain the exclusivity and luxury standards their clientele expected while creating opportunities for global scalability.

Our Approach
Our approach focused on preserving the personalised, high-end experience K-Club clients were accustomed to while delivering an innovative, streamlined digital solution. We began by researching their traditional methods, identifying areas for automation, and ensuring minimal friction in the transition to the app. The project included creating a high-end brand identity, including concept logos and elegant app designs, as well as developing a custom CRM system to track client behaviours, manage geolocation data, and optimise service offerings. We designed and developed an iOS and Android app with integrated chat, service prompts, and Amadeus booking capabilities. Additionally, we produced high-quality video and photo shoots in luxury settings to complement the brand’s positioning. Post-launch, the solution enabled K-Club to onboard high-net-worth clients seamlessly and expand internationally, offering a white-label version of the app to other concierge businesses.
