The Requirement
Glorydale GMS needed a complete transformation of their outdated systems to compete in the modern fintech landscape. The project required a comprehensive UI and UX overhaul across multiple platforms, including payment terminals, merchant login systems, POS systems, and admin panels. In addition to enhancing user experience, the project called for the integration of advanced features and a more efficient project management approach to replace their aging methodologies. The ultimate goal was to deliver robust, feature-rich solutions that aligned with current industry standards and provided seamless functionality for merchants and stakeholders.
Glorydale GMS needed a complete transformation of their outdated systems to compete in the modern fintech landscape. The project required a comprehensive UI and UX overhaul across multiple platforms, including payment terminals, merchant login systems, POS systems, and admin panels. In addition to enhancing user experience, the project called for the integration of advanced features and a more efficient project management approach to replace their aging methodologies. The ultimate goal was to deliver robust, feature-rich solutions that aligned with current industry standards and provided seamless functionality for merchants and stakeholders.
Our Approach
To achieve these objectives, we began by thoroughly analysing the existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement. We created detailed wireframes and UI/UX designs for all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and modern user experience. As the project progressed, we worked closely with a team of over 100 developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement new features and optimise workflows. We introduced Agile methodology, replacing outdated processes with JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning and project management. Alongside this, we produced over 100 pages of technical documentation, including flowcharts, swim lanes, and Gantt charts, to guide the development process. Within four months, we successfully launched iOS and Android apps for merchants, followed by continuous upgrades and integrations with advanced e-commerce payment providers like Visa and MasterCard. This approach modernised Glorydale GMS and established them as a competitive player in the fintech industry.
