HIKOMORE’s take

Consider this if talent is a live leadership priority in your business, rather than attending simply to broaden your events calendar. With no speaker or agenda information confirmed, its value is likely to depend on whether the attendee mix matches the hiring, people or talent questions you are currently tackling.

Best for

• Founders and SME leaders with an active hiring or talent challenge
• Talent, people and recruitment leaders
• Startup teams building or reviewing their hiring approach

Why consider it

• It is focused specifically on talent leadership rather than a broad business topic.
